IML is a participating provider with UnitedHealthcare.  Patients receive full in-network benefits when using IML with either their UnitedHealthcare Individual Health plan or a UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage Plan.

IML is also a participating provider for UnitedHealthcare commercial plans subject to the UnitedHealthcare Laboratory Benefit Management Program and is a registered provider for testing through BeaconLBS.
