Service Description

There are no collection facilities at the laboratory. Please bring your specimen with you within 30 min of collection. Keep as close to body temperature, as possible. All of the sample must be collected into the cup, otherwise results may be affected. Specimen cups may be obtained from us before your appointment or from your doctors office. Bring your doctors order with you to appointment. Please review collection instructions online. Go to Fertility Tab, Click Specimen Collection for Semen Analysis and read instructions. Service must be paid for 72 hrs before your appointment. Go to "Patient" tab and click "Pay your bill".

Cancelation Policy

Payment required at time of booking. To avoid cancellation fee, please contact us 24 hours in advance to reschedule your appointment.
