Our Patient Service Centers are open each Monday through Friday.  We are closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.  Most locations are also closed the day after Thanksgiving,  therefore please call to confirm if that location is open on this day.

Appointments are not necessary or accepted at our Patient Service Centers. Patients are served on a first come first serve basis and wait times, if any, are minimal.  Our least busiest times are in the afternoon. Therefore, non fasting patients are encouraged to come at that time.
